Job summary

Pinnacle Technology is seeking a Pharmacist to join our Ohio-based inpatient hospital team. The role requires a valid Ohio Pharmacist license and at least one year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, with the flexibility to cover weekends and evening shifts.

Typical shifts include 12:30 PM–9:00 PM; weekend hours may vary. Experience with pharmacokinetic dosing (vancomycin) and warfarin management is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio Pharmacist license in good standing.
• At least 1 year of inpatient hospital pharmacy experience.
• Willingness to cover weekends and evening shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work 40 hours per week on varied shifts.
• Cover weekends and evening shifts.
• Possess experience with pharmacokinetic dosing (vancomycin) and warfarin management.
