Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an Ohio Board of Pharmacy approved institution.
• Current Pharmacist License from the Ohio Board of Pharmacy, AND maintains this license.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or obtains within 90 days of hire.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification or obtains within 90 days of hire.
