Qualifications

• Active New Jersey NP or PA license and national board certification.
• DEA + CDS registration, or ability to obtain by start date.
• 2+ years of palliative care experience required.
• Palliative care certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-touch inpatient palliative care for seriously ill patients.
• Perform palliative care consultations and follow-up visits across hospital units.
• Lead goals-of-care and advance care planning discussions with patients and families.
