Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to inpatient orthopedic patients before and after procedures and surgeries.
• Monitor patient condition, manage pain, administer medications, and respond to changes in clinical status.
• Coordinate care with physicians, therapists, case management, and the broader interdisciplinary team.
• Educate patients and families on recovery, mobility, medications, and discharge planning.
