The successful candidate will implement best practice models, coordinate with physicians and care teams across locations, supervise equipment and medications, and maintain a safe, high-quality patient environment 24/7.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• Associates degree or higher in a Business, Nursing, Health Care, or directly related field AND minimum two (2) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field OR minimum three (3) years of experience in business operations, clinical health care, or a directly related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Basic Life Support required at hire
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire

Responsibilities

• Assist implementation of best practice models and patient care standards.
• Support care delivery systems across multiple locations.
• Collaborate with physicians, outside providers, and health care team.
• Allocate resources to ensure appropriate staffing and utilization.
• Supervise equipment, supplies, and medication use and maintenance.
• Maintain safe environment and regulatory compliance.
