Job summary

Bright Vision Technologies is seeking an experienced OR Registered Nurse Leader to oversee daily Main OR operations, support safe and quality patient care, manage resources, and ensure compliance with clinical and regulatory standards. This onsite role is based in Sacramento, CA.

You will supervise OR nursing staff, coordinate staffing, support budget and utilization goals, mentor clinicians, and lead readiness activities with a focus on patient safety and performance improvement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of OR RN experience with Main OR/intraoperative duties.
• At least 1 year in a leadership role (Charge, Lead, Supervisor, etc.).
• California RN license and BLS certification required.
• Experience with Joint Commission compliance, survey readiness and mock rounds.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Main OR operations and nursing staff.
• Support staffing, resource allocation, patient placement and utilization.
• Ensure compliance with Joint Commission and regulatory standards.
• Lead survey readiness, mock rounds and corrective actions.
• Coach, mentor and develop nursing staff.
