Job summary

SharpAtoms seeks an experienced nursing leader to drive patient care delivery across multiple locations. You will implement best practice models, supervise clinical teams, and ensure safe, high-quality care in a complex hospital setting.

The role requires a California RN license, BSN, and a track record in leadership and operations management, with a focus on collaboration with physicians and care teams. On-site leadership and strong regulatory compliance are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of experience in patient care delivery.
• BSN and minimum five (5) years in business operations, clinical health care, or related field.
• Minimum four (4) years in a leadership role with or without direct reports.
• Registered Nurse License (California) required at hire
• Basic Life Support required at hire

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of best practice models across multiple locations.
• Delegate tasks related to patient care concerns and collaborate with physicians and health care teams.
• Monitor resource needs across clinical areas to ensure appropriate assignment and utilization.
• Manage equipment, supplies and medications; ensure a safe environment for patients and staff.
• Provide clinical supervision and licensing necessary to fulfill responsibilities and direct care.
• Collaborate with Nursing Clinical Practice to ensure quality, compliance with Nursing Practice Act and regulations.
