Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of related experience in health care and/or management consulting.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Defines and implements short- and long-term strategies with direction from leadership.
• Analyzes current operations to identify improvement opportunities and builds plans to implement them.
• Runs cross-functional initiatives to meet inpatient goals (transfers, LOS, throughput).
• Collaborates with stakeholders to achieve hospital objectives.
• Maintains communication within service departments and across the organization.
• Recommends changes to improve cost effectiveness and efficient use of resources.
• Coordinates monthly monitoring to measure performance against goals and benchmarks.
• Compiles metrics and reports on progress.
• Collaborates with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to maximize efficiency.
