Beth Israel Lahey Health is seeking a licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to provide psychosocial assessments, crisis intervention, counseling, and care planning in inpatient and outpatient settings. You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to promote optimal patient outcomes.

The role includes discharge planning, connecting patients with community resources, and documenting care in the EHR. Massachusetts licensure and MSW are required or highly preferred.

Qualifikationen
