Job summary

The role provides direct patient care for medically complex oncology patients, including inpatient chemotherapy, ITOX management, and renal/hepatic dose adjustments within a high‑specialty cancer center.

Qualifications

• Minimum credentials include a Pharmacist license (RPh) and Board Certification in an area of specialty within 18 months of hire (BCPS or BCOP)
• Strong leadership, mentoring, and strategic clinical initiative experience

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive clinical pharmacy services on the inpatient medical oncology and internal medicine rounding service
• Collaborate with physicians, APPs, nurses, and other pharmacists to optimize pharmacotherapy and transitions of care
• Support formulary initiatives, clinical protocols, and education for staff and students
