Moffitt Cancer Center is seeking a Pharmacy Intern to participate in advanced training prior to licensure as a registered pharmacist. Under supervision of a registered pharmacist, the intern will perform pharmacist-related duties within the Moffitt Cancer Center Specialty Pharmacy, including processing and reviewing specialty prescriptions and supporting access programs.

• Process and review specialty prescriptions.
• Assist with prior authorizations and financial assistance programs.
• Coordinate medication access and distribution for limited-distribution and high-cost therapies.
• Provide patient education on specialty medications.
• Monitor patient therapy, adherence, and adverse effects.
• Support clinical documentation and outcomes tracking.
• Assist patients with management of complex treatment regimens.
• Maintain records and reports required by law; complete documentation and operational processes for accreditation standards.
