Job summary

Sinai Hospital in Baltimore seeks a Clinical Pharmacist Specialist in Oncology to join our inpatient multidisciplinary team within the Cancer Institute. The role includes mentoring pharmacy staff and collaborating with prescribers to ensure optimal oncology care.

Requirements include PharmD/MScPhm/PharmB, an Oncology residency (PGY-1/2) or equivalent experience, Maryland license or eligibility, and Board Certified Oncology Pharmacist. Competitive pay and benefits provided.

Qualifications

• Postgraduate degree in pharmacy (PharmB, MScPhm, or PharmD) required.
• PGY-1 + PGY-2 Oncology residency preferred, or PGY-1 with two extra years of direct patient care experience, or four post-grad practice years with board certification.

Responsibilities

• Plans, coordinates, implements and administers the post-graduate pharmacy education training program.
• Provides higher level direct patient care pharmacy services for an assigned oncology population, following ASHP standards.
