Job summary

Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT, is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join a highly skilled, multidisciplinary team. Immediate case load variety includes post-surgical, orthopedic, trauma and ICU patients, with opportunities to influence outcomes from admission to discharge.

PRN schedule with day shifts, weekend rotations; benefits include 12% PRN differential, $2.25/hour weekend differential, 401(k) match, Fitness Center discount, and EAP.

Qualifications

• Current BLS HCP CPR certification as applicable to area(s).
• Knowledge of OT materials, equipment, procedures and techniques.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work in a team or independently.
• Strong verbal and written communication; maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and adaptable to software as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plans, oversees, delegates and instructs assigned staff for efficient service.
• Administers OT treatment to applicable patients and regions.
• Implements individualized OT programs per policy and payer requirements.
• Completes documentation in a timely manner per payer guidelines.
• Communicates with patients, families and team to set goals and discharge plans.
• Participates in projects to enhance rehabilitation services and meets productivity standards.
