Job summary

Logan Health in Montana is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide quality OT services under state practice guidelines, Medicare, and department policies. You will work with a team to plan and deliver patient-centered care while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with payer guidelines.

The role requires MT OT licensure or eligibility within 30 days, RQI Provider status within 7 days, and strong organizational, communication, and teamwork skills to support Logan Health’s

Qualifications

• Must hold Montana OT license or be eligible to obtain within 30 days of hire.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Demonstrates integrity, kindness, empathy, and professional discretion.
• Proficient in documentation and using payer guidelines (Medicare, Medicaid).

Responsibilities

• Plan, oversee, and delegate OT services to patients per age/cultural needs.
• Administer OT treatment and implement individualized programs per policy and payer guidelines.
• Complete required documentation timely per Medicare and Montana guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, peers, and team members.
• Collaborate with patient and family to set goals and discharge plans.
• Contribute to department and community programs and meet productivity standards.
