Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist I for inpatient physical rehab services. This full-time day position offers two scheduling options and a competitive hourly pay range, with benefits and opportunities for growth within a large integrated health system.

You will perform 1:1 care, assess and treat patients across developmental stages, document care, and collaborate with physicians, nurses, and therapists to plan post-discharge care.

Qualifications

• OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification.
• CPR certification from AHA.
• Acute care/inpatient OT experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for inpatients.
• Assess and treat functional abilities; develop treatment plans.
• Educate patients and families; coordinate with care team.
• Document records and billing per departmental guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing and rehab staff.
