Job summary

Endeavor Health's Occupational Therapist I in Inpatient Physical Rehab Services is a full-time, day-shift role based in Arlington Heights, IL. You will provide one-on-one OT care, assess function, plan treatments, and document outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

Ideal candidates have an OT degree from an AOTA-accredited program, Illinois licensure or eligibility, NBCOT certification, and CPR.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited school or equivalent.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• NBCOT certification.
• CPR certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and care for patients in assigned area.
• Establish and adjust treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Prepare and maintain patient records and documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, nursing and staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Involve patient and family in plan of care, including discharge planning.

Education

Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited school

Current Illinois licensure or eligibility

Certification by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy

CPR certification from American Heart Association
