Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist I for inpatient physical rehab services. You will assess, treat, and care for patients, develop treatment plans, and coordinate with physicians, nurses, and staff to optimize recovery.

Requirements include a degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program, Illinois licensure, CPR certification, and inpatient rehab experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited program.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility and CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in acute/inpatient rehab.

Responsibilities

• Assess and treat patients in inpatient rehab across developmental stages.
• Develop and implement treatment plans to regain function and reduce pain.
• Document patient progress and coordinate with care team.
• Educate patients and families and support post-discharge planning.
