• CCS Paneling is required for Therapists functioning in a CCS-designated NICU. Paneling required within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Department development: participate in department goals and initiatives and collaborate with leadership on clinical and operational projects.
• Documentation: complete timely, accurate documentation following guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Operational efficiency: communicate patient care and department issues; adapt to schedule changes and meet productivity standards.
• Patient care: evaluate and treat patients within scope of care, ensure safety, and coordinate discharge planning with the team.
