Sharp HealthCare in San Diego, California is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to evaluate, plan and administer therapeutic modalities as prescribed by a physician. You will assist patients toward maximum function while contributing to department CQI and performance improvement activities.

The role requires an OT license for California and AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers, plus CCS paneling within six months of hire.

Qualifications

• California OT license required.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Provider required.
• CCS Paneling is required within 6 months of hire.

Responsabilités

• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers occupational therapy modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Participates in departmental goals and CQI activities and collaborates with leadership.
• Documents timely, accurately and in accordance with guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains productivity and safety standards and supports operational efficiency.
• Performs patient care duties, evaluates outcomes and reassesses as needed.
• Coordinates referrals/transition of therapy needs with CCS Medical Therapy Programs as required.
