Responsibilities

• Evaluates, plans, directs and administers occupational therapy modalities as prescribed by a physician
• Assists patients in reaching maximum performance and level of functioning
• Participates in CQI activities and department goals
• Maintains documentation following hospital guidelines and third-party payor requirements
• Collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to coordinate patient care and transitions
• Participates in weekly team meetings and discharge planning as required
