Job summary

The role requires CA OT licensure and AHA BLS Healthcare Professional certification. CCS paneling may be required for NICU staff, with paneling to be completed within 6 months of hire.

Qualifications

• CA Occupational Therapist license is REQUIRED.
• AHA BLS Healthcare Professional certification is REQUIRED.
• CCS paneling may be required for NICU staff and must be achieved within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, plan, direct and administer occupational therapy modalities as prescribed by a licensed physician.
• Assist patients in reaching maximum performance and level of functioning within their capabilities.
• Participate in department CQI activities, staff meetings and chart reviews; contribute to system‑wide initiatives.
