The Garden's Rehab & Care Center in Kingman, AZ is seeking a Registered Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing team. You will assess residents, develop therapy plans, and work within an interdisciplinary group to restore function and promote independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy program with a valid AZ license.
• Experience in acute care, long-term care, or rehabilitation is preferred.
• Ability to teach and share knowledge effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; patient-focused care.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop therapy plans in collaboration with the care team.
• Evaluate patient function and design personalized OT programs.
• Administer OT services with upper extremity, sensory and self-care focus.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, and Nursing teams.
• Document clinical and billing information promptly and accurately.
• Supervise and support OT Assistants to ensure quality care.
