Relocation assistance is available, with a competitive base salary of $320,000–$400,000 per year and bonuses tied to RVU and quality metrics. A board-certified/eligible MD or DO with Indiana license is required.

Qualifikationen

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Indiana medical license and CSR/DEA registration
• Experience with EPIC EMR and AI-assisted documentation

Aufgaben

• Provide inpatient obstetric and gynecological care including labor, deliveries, and C-sections
• Maintain a highly predictable schedule (144 hours per month, 1,728 per year)
• Manage phone availability per hospitalist shift rotations
• Collaborate with maternal-fetal medicine and pediatric teams
• Lead obstetric emergencies and triage evaluations
