St. Peter's Health in Helena, MT is seeking an Inpatient Nursing Supervisor for the Women and Children's Unit. The role reports to the Unit Director and will model patient safety, advocacy, teamwork, respect, and efficiency.

The supervisor handles incident reports (Midas), staffing and scheduling, onboarding of new hires, and staff education on changes in standard of care and regulatory guidelines. House Supervisor shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• At least two years of inpatient women and children’s care experience.
• Experience in charge nurse role or supervision preferred.
• Current Montana RN license and BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Model patient safety, patient advocacy, teamwork, respect, and efficiency.
• Handle incident reports (Midas), staffing and scheduling, onboarding of new hires.
• Identify educational needs for staff and provide/participate in staff education.
• Discuss services and collaborate with hospital staff, physicians, and community resources.
• Work House Supervisor shifts as needed.
