Formación

• Active MT RN license required.
• ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent per leadership.
• Minimum 2 years in acute care bedside nursing.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing with the Director of Nursing to ensure safe patient care.
• Facilitate timely patient placement using the acuity-adaptive care model.
• Provide clinical support and mentor nursing staff.
• Attend births and supervise during shifts.
• Assist with equipment/Supplies procurement for patient care.
• Ensure compliance with policies and documentation across departments.
• Support staff development and perform performance feedback.
