Qualifications

• Ability to manage staff and payroll functions.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and manage nursing staff to ensure adequate coverage and high-quality patient care.
• Oversee recruitment, hiring, coaching, performance evaluations and education.
• Prepare unit for audits and surveys; monitor compliance with policies.
• Lead service programs to improve nursing care and patient outcomes.
• Promote safety, teamwork and continuous learning across the unit.
