AdventHealth is seeking a nursing leader to manage the Altamonte Springs Inpatient Unit, overseeing budgetary execution, staffing, and education. The role includes ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and promoting high-quality patient care in a supportive, evidence-based environment.

The position requires Associate degree in Nursing with preferred BSN, supervision skills, and strong communication. Shift: Day-Weekend; Location: Altamonte Springs, FL.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in nursing is required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred.
• Knowledge of HomeWorks patient database system is required.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets and resources to meet financial and operational goals.
• Recruit, hire, coach, discipline, develop, and evaluate nursing staff.
• Coordinate staff education and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Develop and evaluate service programs to improve patient care.
