Clinical Management Consultants seeks an Inpatient Nurse Educator to support medical-surgical and acute inpatient care in Southern Arizona. The role focuses on strengthening clinical knowledge, onboarding, and professional practice for nurses across varied diagnoses in a large regional facility.
You will work with nursing leadership to develop educational programs, mentor staff, and ensure regulatory readiness while promoting a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualificações
- Experience in inpatient hospital settings as an educator or with clinical teaching would be beneficial.
- Ability to assess learning needs, develop education programs, and validate competencies.
- Strong collaboration with nursing leadership and frontline staff to support regulatory readiness.
Responsabilidades
- Assess learning needs and coordinate orientation for new staff.
- Develop and implement evidence-based educational programs.
- Validate competencies and support regulatory readiness across units.
- Mentor nurses and translate clinical standards into daily practice.
- Collaborate with unit managers, physicians, and quality teams.
