The Inpatient Nurse Educator will report to nursing education or clinical leadership and partner closely with unit managers, nursing directors, bedside nurses, physicians, advanced practice professionals, quality specialists, and other healthcare team members. Responsibilities may include assessing learning needs, coordinating orientation, developing educational programs, validating competencies, supporting regulatory readiness, mentoring nurses, and translating current clinical standards into daily practice.
