Avera Health is seeking a neurosurgery physician to join a multidisciplinary team in Sioux Falls. You will provide direct medical evaluation, perform procedures, and contribute to patient care planning within established protocols.

The role requires an MD or DO with state medical licensure, board eligibility/board certification, and an active DEA license, with on-call duties and emphasis on quality patient outcomes.

Qualificações

• MD or DO with medical license in the state
• Board certification or eligibility in medicine
• DEA license required or eligible

Responsabilidades

• Assesses, diagnoses, and treats patients according to approved protocols and standards.
• Delivers medical services and health education to patients and families.
• Performs diagnostic and therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Interprets diagnostic information and formulates care plans.
• Maintains patient records and ensures accurate information.
• Ensures safety, aseptic practices, and quality care.
• Collaborates with care teams and refers patients as appropriate.
• Upholds practice policies and standards; participates in team rounds.
