Responsibilities

• Lead operational leadership for inpatient neuroscience; partner with clinicians and leaders to advance operational excellence.
• Oversee inpatient programs including stroke, EEG, EMU, and adult neuroscience units; improve access, throughput, and outcomes.
• Develop KPI metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and drive efficiency and patient experience initiatives.
• Translate operational data into actionable insights and facilitate cross-functional collaboration to support patient care, education, and research.
• Support strategic priorities and regulatory readiness within an academic medical center setting.
