Qualifications

• High School Graduate or GED required.
• Experience in direct patient care preferred or required.
• Nursing Assistant Training or prior psychiatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides routine non-acute physical, behavioral, and mental care to patients under licensed staff.
• Completes all required documentation clearly and concisely.
• Adapts care to fit individual patient goals and needs.
• Maintains consistency in shift functions and handoffs to ensure appropriate treatment for each patient.
• Supports the unit's therapeutic milieu and environment.
