Job summary

Lincoln Trail Behavioral Health System is seeking a Mental Health Technician to support patients across their treatment journey under licensed staff supervision. The role focuses on compassionate, hands-on care addressing physical, social, and behavioral needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in direct patient care and/or Nursing Assistant training considered.
• Ability to support patients under licensed staff supervision.

• Adjust care to individual patient needs and during shift changes.
