Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited school.
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker preferred.
• Prefer experience working in inpatient psychiatric facility with acutely mentally ill patients.
• Prefer experience in clinical social work, therapeutic counseling, conducting psychosocial assessments and discharge planning.
• Prefer knowledge and experience in implementing psychiatric recovery principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide full array of Social Work services on Admissions Unit, including individual, group and family therapy, assessments, treatment planning, discharge planning and case management.
• Supervise assigned Social Work staff both clinically and administratively.
