Compass NOVA is seeking passionate mental health clinicians to join our Intensive In-Home (IIH) program in Virginia. This residency-style role supports licensure as a Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work, with extensive supervision and training opportunities.

Clinicians work with youth and families, providing in-home and community-based therapy, plus outpatient services. The schedule emphasizes afternoons and evenings, with strong supervision and hours toward licensure.

Formación

• Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field.
• Eligible for Resident in Counseling or Supervisee in Social Work status in Virginia.
• Valid driver's license with good driving record.
• Availability for afternoon and evening appointments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide individual and family therapy in home and community settings.
• Support youth and families in achieving treatment goals and improving functioning.
• Engage caregivers, schools, and other treatment professionals to strengthen support systems.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Participate in regular clinical supervision and case consultation.
• Maintain timely documentation in accordance with agency and state requirements.
