Responsibilities

• Meet with patient to review the day's schedule
• Discuss patient mental status and progress toward goals
• Document patient activities and mental status each shift
• Provide patient/family education and milieu programming support
• Assist with crisis intervention per CPI procedures
• Support safety checks and adherence to unit rules
