DaMar Staffing seeks a Medical Record Coder to promptly review discharged patient records and assign ICD-10-CM/CPT codes that accurately reflect the stay.

You will ensure data elements required for federal and state reporting are collected and coded data supports billing with APC/DRG assignment. The role requires 2–3 years of acute care coding experience and strong English communication.

Certification such as RHIA, RHIT, or CCS is preferred.

Competenze

• 2–3 years of coding experience in an acute care facility.
• Proficient knowledge of ICD-10-CM and CPT coding.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.

Mansioni

• Review discharged patient records to assign ICD-10-CM/CPT codes accurately.
• Ensure data elements required for federal and state reporting are collected.
• Support billing with coding and DRG/APC assignment.
