Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO seeks an RN Clinical Supervisor – Inpatient Med/Surg East to lead staffing, care delivery, and patient flow with a focus on safety and quality. Full-time, 40 hours/week.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license or temporary permit in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association.
• BSN preferred and active RN license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serve as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Function as a staff nurse in the department as needed and assume delegated managerial duties.
• Uphold the Mercy Mission, Values and Service Standards.

Education

Graduate of an accredited nursing program

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
