Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking an RN Clinical Supervisor for the Inpatient Med/Surg East unit. This full-time, 40-hour-per-week role oversees patient care, staffing, and unit operations while providing clinical guidance to staff and collaborating with physicians and administration.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of direct patient care, an active Missouri RN license, and BLS certification. BSN preferred; supervisory experience is strongly valued.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license or temporary permit in Missouri.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of direct patient care experience.
• Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart Association

Mansioni

• Assists in planning, coordination, implementation and evaluation of operations and patient care in designated areas.
• Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department.
• Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed.
• Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager.
