BARNS Barnesville Hospital in Ohio is seeking a Part-time LPN for the Med/Surg inpatient unit. This role involves rotating nights and days with weekend commitments, providing direct patient care and collaborating with the care team to support patient comfort and recovery.

Qualified candidates hold an LPN license, BLS certification, and at least one year of clinical experience. The position is 24 hours per week and non-exempt, with WVU Health System oversight.

Formación

• LPN license required in the state of service or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Background checks as required for regulated areas.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care per care plan and guidance from supervising RN or Respiratory Therapist.
• Perform designated therapeutic procedures as needed.
• Observe, document, and report patient status and concerns promptly.
• Assist physicians with examinations and procedures as assigned.
• Contribute to nursing assessment by collecting and reporting data.
• Document nursing interventions and patient responses clearly.
• Administer IM, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulized and MDI medications as assigned.
