Job summary

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in the state of practice or multi-state via eNLC.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• State or federal background checks as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care per plan of care and under supervision.
• Assist physicians and RNs with examinations and procedures.
• Observe, document, and report patient status and progress in a timely manner.
• Administer IM, subcutaneous, IV, oral, nebulized and MDI medications as directed.
• Support patient and family education and rehabilitation according to teaching plan.
