Job summary

Main Line Health's Paoli Hospital is seeking a Lactation Consultant to educate and support new moms during inpatient care and after discharge by follow-up calls to ensure needs are met.

You will serve as Educator/Consultant to nurses and other healthcare professionals within Women’s and Children services, on a 28-bed unit, with opportunities for tuition reimbursement up to $6,000 annually. Join a team dedicated to compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline preferred.
• RN license preferred OR multi-state license verified through Nursing Licensure Compact.
• Certification with the International Board Lactation Consultants Examiners (IBLCE) required.

Responsibilities

• Educate and support new moms during inpatient care and after discharge with follow-up calls to assess ongoing needs.
• Serve as Educator/Consultant to nurses and other healthcare professionals within the Women’s and Children service line.
