Job summary

Partners In Home Care is hiring a Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) for the Hope Hospice Center in Missoula, MT. This flex shift role supports end-of-life care, supervising CNAs and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to implement individualized care plans.

The RN will provide symptom management, documentation, and patient/family education. 12-hour shifts with day and occasional night coverage, minimum 24 hours per week, offering a flexible, team-based work environment.

Qualifications

• Current RN license (Montana or Compact) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of hospice, palliative care, critical care, or med-surg experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to terminally ill patients.
• Supervise and delegate to CNAs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and care planning.
• Provide family education and emotional support.
• Document nursing assessments and care provided.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.
