Partners In Home Care, Inc. in Missoula’s Hope Hospice Center is seeking a Registered Nurse for a day/flex shift.

The RN will provide skilled nursing care in an inpatient hospice setting, focusing on comfort, dignity, and quality of life for terminally ill patients. You will supervise CNAs, collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop care plans, and support patients and families through end-of-life journeys.

Qualificações

• Current Montana RN license or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of hospice, palliative care, critical care, or med-surg experience.
• BLS certification required.
• Experience working in a unionized healthcare environment (for RNs) preferred.
• CHPN certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care focusing on comfort and symptom management for terminally ill patients.
• Administer medications and interventions per physician orders.
• Supervise and delegate to CNAs ensuring safety and adherence to care plans.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team rounds and care planning.
• Provide education and support to families and caregivers.
• Document assessments, interventions, and communications accurately.
• Maintain infection control and safety standards.

Conhecimentos
