Summa Health in Ohio is seeking a board certified/board eligible Hospice & Palliative Medicine physician to join our team of 10 Physicians and 10 Advanced Practice Providers. The focus is inpatient care, with potential for a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

Qualifications
