Job summary

Summa Health seeks a board certified/eligible Hospice & Palliative Medicine physician to join our team of physicians and advanced practice providers. The role focuses on inpatient care with possible outpatient duties and is employed with a competitive compensation package.

Qualifications

• Current and unrestricted license in the State of Ohio, or willing to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Inpatient-focused Hospice & Palliative Medicine with potential outpatient duties.
• Work within a team of physicians and advanced practice providers in an academic hospital setting.

• Engage in teaching within the HPM Fellowship Program and with residents and medical students.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (pain and palliative pharmacists, nurses, social workers, spiritual care).
