Mercy Health Home Care and Hospice by Compassus seeks an Inpatient Unit Licensed Practical Nurse to model Compassus values and support terminally ill patients in an inpatient setting. Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of two years of full-time experience as an LPN preferred.
• Active and unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of employment required.

Responsabilités

• Submits appropriate documentation and paperwork to facilities at the completion of patient visits.
• Attends staff meetings, educational programs and community events as requested.
• Provides nursing services as directed by the RN and administers medications and treatments as directed.
• Gathers clinical data and documents findings to support care plans.
