Aurora Medical Center - Summit is seeking a Registered Nurse for our Float Team to provide and coordinate patient care across inpatient units, surgical, neuro and medical services, with many beds and cross-training opportunities.

Join a supportive team with growth and professional development, including potential expansion to ER and ICU coverage; must complete an accredited nursing program, hold an RN license, and have BLS certification; inpatient RN experience preferred.

Formación

• Completion of an accredited or approved nursing program.
• RN license issued by the state of practice.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers certification.
• Previous RN inpatient experience required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care.
• Lead efforts to create a safe patient environment and a positive patient experience across the continuum.
