Qualifications

• 3–5 years clinical informatics experience.
• Epic certification or willingness to attain within 1 year.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to analyze clinical workflows and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for EHR and support inpatient care teams.
• Troubleshoot complex workflow issues and guide users.
• Collaborate with IT on system improvements.
• Develop dashboards and reports to drive decisions.
• Lead clinical informatics projects to meet deadlines.
• Provide end-user training and education on new features.
