Job summary
Southcoast Health is seeking a Registered Dietitian-Inpatient for St. Luke’s Hospital in New Bedford, MA. This per diem role features a day shift with weekend and holiday rotation, providing nutritional care within the inpatient team.

Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition from an accredited program with supervised experience.
- Registration by the Academy of Nutrition & Dietetic.
- Must obtain order writing privileges within 6 months of hire; 1 year of experience preferred.
- Proof of application for state licensure prior to hire.
- Must be fully vaccinated against influenza and COVID-19 or exempt by signing a statement.
Responsibilities
- Direct nutritional care for patients on various nursing units as part of the interdisciplinary team.
- Screen patients for nutritional risks and assess nutritional status.
- Provide teaching to patients and families.
